Guiding Islington residents to reduce risk of health conditions
Age UK Islington's Social Prescribing Link Workers recently hosted information sessions together with London Met Dietician students.
The sessions were to equip a group of Islington residents diagnosed by their GPs as being 'pre-diabetic' or having high cholesterol - with information to help them to make 'easy to implement' changes to their diet and level of activity.
