Ideas for keeping healthy & happy
1) Let trees lead you on a walk
|
Did you know about the Tree Talk website? We think this is absolutely brilliant! You can enter your postcode and it will generate a walk for you, showing you photographs of the actual trees along your route, and information about the species. How many do you have in your neighbourhood and have you ever noticed them before? How many of them are rare?

2) Islington Word Play Festival 2020
|
Catch-up on a selection of podcasts, poetry and music from the #WORDAssociation partners and artists. This includes Covid-Island Discs, a collection of songs chosen and introduced by All Change’s company of older people, created to bring cheer to other older people at home.

3) Recall Memories of London
COPYRIGHT MUSEUM OF LONDON
The Museum of London "Memories of London" team has put together some really engaging "Creative packs" for people affected by dementia, their carers and their loved ones. Find out how to celebrate like a Londoner, from street parties and children's parties to the Notting Hill Carnival.
