Finding inspiration to cook!

Good nutrition is a key way to keep your body and mind healthy as well as helping fight and prevent illness. Sometimes though, it can be hard to find the motivation to cook healthy food from scratch.

Tying in with Nutritiion Awareness Month & Diabetes Awareness Month, Islington community member, David, talks about how he finds inspiration to cook for one and keep diabetes at bay by focusing on simple, comfort food. Why not try his recipe for red lentil soup? We'd love to hear your recipes too!
