Dear Islington Carer,

Sharing the latest guides, activities and resources from Islington Carers Hub, Age UK Islington and other local organisations here in Islington.

Getting a break from Caring

We all need to take a break from caring from time to time. A quiet hour, a regular weekly slot, a day off, an undisturbed night's sleep, a weekend away or a whole week, or even two on holiday. Mobilise have produced a comprehensive guide to help carers to take a break or get some "respite". (Please note that Islington Carers Hub is not part of the Carers Trust.)

Contact Islington Carers Hub on 020 7281 3319 / info@islingtoncarershub.org if you would like further guidance and support to get a break.

To apply to join the scheme: contact Islington Carers Hub on info@islingtoncarershub.org or call them on 020 7281 3319 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). This is only open to carers who have not booked tickets with Sadler's Wells before (outside the scheme).
